Refund policy

Hey there! We totally get it, sometimes things don't work out. Whether its a sizing mix-up or a style that's just not vibing, we've got your back. 

Returns

You've got 30 days from the day your goodies arrive to send them back our way.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original fabulous condition
  • Tags? Still on, Please! 

Things we can't take back (sorry!): 

  • Final sale items 
  • Swimwear 
  • Gift cards 

To start a return, just shoot us an email at honeylayne.llc@gmail.com with your order number and what's going on. We'll walk you through it, no stress! 

 

Refunds

Once we get your return and give it a quick once-over, we'll shoot your refund back to your original payment method. Give it 5-10 business days to pop up. 

Heads up: original shipping costs aren't refundable unless we goofed (like sent the wrong thing or it arrived looking like it lost a fight with a delivery truck). 

Exchanges

We don't do direct exchanges just yet. Want a different size or color? Go ahead and return your items and place a new order for the one you really want. 

Oops! Wrong or Damaged Items? 

If we messed up your oder or something arrived damaged, tell us within 7 days, and send a pic if you can! We'll make it right, pinky promise!
