We know you're excited - and so are we! Here's the lowdown on how your new favorite pieces will make their way from us to you: 

Order Processing

We pack your goodies with love (and tissue paper) within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays? They'll be processed on the next business day - we need our beauty sleep too! 

Shipping Times & Rates

We offer the following options: 

• Standard Shipping (5-8 business days) - ? 
• Express Shipping (2-3 business days) - ? 
• Free Shipping on orders over $100 (because we love you)

Heads up: Delivery times are estimates - once the package leaves our hands, it's in the delivery gods' hands (aka USPS, UPS, FedEx) 

Tracking Your Order 

Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number faster than you can say "where's my package?" if it hasn't shown up within the estimated time, reach out and we'll help you play detective. 

 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed? 

If your package is MIA, delivered by you didn't get it, or just seems to be wandering the postal abyss: 

• Double-check your shipping address
• Look around (mailroom, neighbor, bushes... it happens)
